We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by BeatStars, Airbit, Traktrain, or any producer or marketplace listed on this Site. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Submit false, stolen, fraudulent, or scraped coupon codes
  • Attempt to disrupt, hack, or scrape the Site in an unauthorized manner
  • Impersonate a producer, brand, or another user when submitting a deal
  • Use the Site to distribute spam, malware, or unauthorized advertising

3. Coupon Codes and Deals

  • All codes and deals listed on the Site are submitted by users, producers, or sourced from public promotions, and are provided for informational purposes only.
  • We do not guarantee that any code will work, remain valid, or be honored by BeatStars, Airbit, Traktrain, any producer, or any producer tool brand (e.g. Splice, plugin or sample pack vendors). Codes may expire, be discontinued, or be restricted by the issuing party at any time without notice to us.
  • We are not responsible for any purchase you make in reliance on a code listed on the Site, and we are not liable for any loss, discount denial, or dispute arising from your use of a third-party code.
  • You are responsible for verifying the terms of any code directly with the issuing producer or platform before completing a purchase.

4. User Submissions

By submitting a coupon code, deal, or other content through the Site (including via our "Submit a Deal" form), you:

  • Confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it
  • Grant TypeBeatDeals a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, edit, and distribute the submitted content on the Site and related marketing (e.g., social media, email)
  • Understand we may edit, decline to publish, or remove any submission at our discretion

Founder-submitted listings: TypeBeatDeals' founder is also a type beat producer and may submit their own coupon codes to the Site from time to time. Founder listings are clearly labeled and are held to the same submission rules as any other producer's listing — no special placement or verification treatment.

5. Community-Submitted Content

Users may submit coupon codes, deal information, and associated channel or producer links, including for third parties who are not the submitter.

TypeBeatDeals does not verify the accuracy or ownership of community-submitted channel links unless the listing is explicitly marked "Verified Producer." We display this information on an as-submitted basis.

TypeBeatDeals disclaims any warranty on the validity, accuracy, or continued availability of any submitted coupon code or deal. The "Worked" and "Didn't Work" voting feature is a community-driven signal and is not a guarantee that a code will function for any particular user or purchase.

6. Reporting & Removal

Any user, including a channel owner who believes their channel was incorrectly linked to a listing, may request review or removal by emailing hello@typebeatdeals.com with the relevant listing details.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, layout, logo, and original content are owned by TypeBeatDeals. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without our permission. Third-party trademarks (BeatStars, Airbit, Traktrain, Splice, and other producer tool or marketplace brand names) referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify the relevant codes and deals.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability
